Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book?
For your first visit, please arrange a time in advance so we can give you an induction and explain the facilities and policies. After registering, you’ll receive a building access fob and can use the coworking hot desks without booking, on a first-come, first-served basis. Dedicated meeting rooms do require advance booking.
Do you offer a free trial visit?
Yes! We are happy to offer a free half-day trial at a date convenient for you. Please email info@spacelocations.co.uk to arrange your visit.
Do I need to book a space in advance for my first visit?
Yes, please arrange your first visit in advance. This allows us to give you a thorough induction, introducing the space, amenities and policies. After your first visit, you’ll receive a building access fob so you can come and go during our opening hours without booking a hot desk.
What are your hours?
Generally, we are open from 9am to 5:30pm.
How do I pay? Is there a minimum fee?
We invoice monthly in arrears and ask that you pay promptly by return. Each visit is to be recorded in the signing-in book, clearly showing your name, company name/HubSpace, time in and time out. There is no minimum fee — just pay for what you have used.
